Responsibilities

● Design & develop complex software systems, encompassing mobile, and Cloud components.

● Effectively manage software development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, innovative products.

● Dive into technical issues when needed, providing guidance for development decisions and swift problem resolution.

● Act as a technical and role model, establishing and maintaining industry best practices in software development.

● Build and lead an exceptional software group, including hiring, mentoring team members, and providing ongoing training.

● Work closely with multiple interfaces to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

● Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to streamline development processes.

Key Qualifications

● 5+ years of SW development experience.Net, C#, Azure, and Microservices architecture – Must

● 5+ years of SW system programming – Must

● 3+ years of managing multiple teams – Must

● Experience writing and maintaining production code – Must

● Deep understanding of design patterns, systems & SW architecture – Must

● Proven track record handling code review, testing, and system integration – Must

● Proven track record of leading SW development end-to-end: from the product requirements via design and development till successful release to production/General Availability – Must

● Experience with multi-disciplinary (SW/HW-integrated) products – Strong advantage

● B.Sc. or higher degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
