About the position

As a Technical Solutions Leader, you will work closely with our customers and with internal teams to provide a stable and secure technology solution and help customers understand the value of Scopio products.

You will have both internal and customer-focused responsibilities, including troubleshooting, researching solutions, incorporating data, and developing quick features, customizations, and fixes. You’ll be responsible for identifying, classifying, and assigning tasks to the appropriate department and teams and for analyzing reports and data to generate new operational and solution insights. You will also be accountable for managing, developing, and following instruction documentation. Your role will also involve:

• Have strong communication and technical skills
• Understand technical concepts and be able to lead discussions with the technical team in a fast-paced startup environment
• Maintain a constant desire to improve procedures and processes
• Be extremely well organized
• Enjoy executing tasks in a systematic manner using Jira/monday.com
• Be a self-motivated problem solver
• Be highly proficient in spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Have a leadership background in either project management, operations, or R&D

Technical requirements

• At least seven years of experience focused on DevOps or development
• At least one year of experience with drive interfaces
• A deep understanding of Linux operating systems
• Hands-on experience in building production services end-to-end – including architecture design, research, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab
• Knowledge and experience with cloud vendors such as GCP/AWS preferred
• Proven documentation skills preferred
