As a Software Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of software development projects. This is a critical role in coordinating various teams, resources, and tasks to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, including task breakdown, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Form and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones.
- Guide and support various processes within the organization.
- Address any issues, risks, or obstacles that arise during development.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide regular project status updates.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and R&D, to maximize synergy and drive organizational success.
- Create post-project reports to document lessons learned and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Project Manager in software development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent English skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode, 4 days a week from our cozy office in Tel Aviv.
