Intuit’s Small Business payments team serves some of the most critical business needs of small businesses and their customers. Our user-facing applications are responsible for handling large volumes of transactions that provide significant revenue for our business. Along with coding, you will be responsible for working with product managers, backend developers and designers on our agile team structure. What you'll bring

• 3+ years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful products
• Deep expertise and at least 5 years of experience writing in Java and modern frameworks
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology, with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on software development experience, solving complex engineering problems
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

How you will lead

• Design and build systems which localize Intuit’s payment’s systems
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, and engineers to understand, implement, refine, and design innovative product and platform with a focus on payments systems.
• Effectively communicate results to peers and leaders.
• Explore the state-of-the-art technologies and apply them to deliver customer benefits.
• Interact with a variety of data sources, working closely with peers and partners to refine features from the underlying data and build end-to-end pipelines.
