Job Description

Thunderbolt Software team designs and develops leading software solutions for the usage of Intel's Thunderbolt customers.

In this role, you will be exposed to the inner working of the Thunderbolt cutting-edge technology, interweaved deep into Intel's core platform.

You will work with internal and external teams across various geo-locations to take part into developments of full stack cloud-based solutions developed by the team.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Design and develop code frontend and backend in various environments such as ReactJS and Python.
• Follow team methodologies for delivering features over GitHub CI/CD with focus on delivering high quality on time
  
  

Qualifications

• BSc/ MSc student for Computer science/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering, with at least 4 semesters till graduation.
• Availability for at least 20 hours a week. Availability for at least 30 hours - Advantage.
• Knowledge/Experience in software development in a modern language such as TS/JS, Python, or equivalent - must.
• Passionate about software with deep understanding of software mechanisms such as processes, threads and code execution vs interpretation.
• Independent, self-learner with high problem solving capability.
• Acquaintance with software design principles such as DRY, KISS, Clean Code, SoC- an advantage.
• Frontend knowledge such as ReactJS, and/or HTML+CSS - a big advantage.
• Proven record of software development - a big advantage.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
