Ideally, you love technology and can handle different areas of development for a hardware and data-intensive product. It would be best if you enjoyed challenges that might make others despair, from debugging multithreaded near real-time software to setting up WebGL support on a react client.
Fulltime role at our Tel Aviv office (HaArba’a street)
Primary Responsibilities
- Developing software that supports the collection and handling of brain activity (and other physiological sensors as needed).
- Implementing algorithms for processing neurological data based on scientific research papers.
- Guiding/mentoring junior team members.
- Interfacing with the data and hardware teams and working together to create specifications and requirements for solutions.
- Deploying SW products in a modern cloud setting (git, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Raising new issues and suggesting new developments that could improve our product.
- Working independently in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Assume full ownership of software under your area of expertise
Qualifications
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of experience with one of the following: Rust / C++
- 4+ years of development using Python, Javascript
- 4+ years of experience with React or a similar framework.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science\SW engineering\Electrical engineering or similar – Advantage
- You can talk about at least a few exciting projects.
- Plus: Experience with AWS
- Plus: Experience with digital signal processing
- Plus: Familiarity with GitHub Workflows and CI/CD using Actions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
