We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Team Lead to lead a team of strong dedicated fullstack developers. We are looking for you if you love technology, coding and have experience with leading development projects and activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of fullstack developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Work closely with other dev & product teams to ensure smooth product development cycles.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
• Be a Hands on at least 60% of the time
• Contribute to the development of the technical roadmap and strategy of the product.
• Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture
• Build cloud based apps and services
• Create, improve and upgrade deployment processes and methodologies
• Perform code Review
• Perform DevOps activities when necessary
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Team Leader
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer (before becoming a TL)
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js, Javascript, typescript- A must
• Commercial experience with React/ Vue.js/ Angular
• Experience with GCP and/or AWS
• Experience with relational/non relational databases
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Passion for UI / UX
• Solid knowledge in architecture and design
• Passionate about Coding, Managing and Technology
