We at Commit are recruiting a Systems Engineer and Technical Manager with end-to-end engineering capabilities and a systemic vision to support architecture issues in the electronics world.

This is a leadership role that includes active participation in the development process and support for existing systems.

Qualifications:

· Electronics Engineer with at least 3 years of practical experience in development processes, proven project management experience, and development team leadership.

· Familiarity with reading electrical interface documents (ICD), knowledge of industrial communication protocols (ETH, RS422/485/232, CAN BUS, etc.).

· Familiarity with various operating systems, LINUX, WINDOWS, RT. Integration of applications for simulating different interfaces, building examination processes, and familiarity with reading systemic USE CASEs.

· Proficiency in software processes and various documents: SRS, SRD, STD, etc.

· Familiarity with development processes, midpoint surveys, software approval processes, hardware approval processes, POD processes, advanced process construction for approving complex systems.

· Proven experience in managing work packages with subcontractors.

· Background in planning and developing electronic cards - an advantage.
