Founded in 2017, the company is led by a team of (re)insurance professionals, cyber intelligence experts, catastrophe modelers, and experienced software developers.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work. The Tech Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for leading the technical development of Kovrr's Cyber Risk Quantification Platform. Day-to-day tasks include architecting and building web applications, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior developers to ensure code quality and company standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development (Python)
• Experience in Front-End Development and Full-Stack Development (React)
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Cyber Security or Risk Management is a plus
