We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer with a strong orientation towards handling production environments, particularly in Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and orchestration, with a focus on ensuring availability, security, and cost efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of end-to-end production cloud management, emphasizing Availability, Security, and Cost perspectives.

- Train and mentor the NOC & SOC teams, developing playbooks and tools to enhance operational support.

- Collaborate closely with R&D DevOps teams to implement new capabilities and best practices into production.


Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in managing complex cloud operations in Production, particularly in Azure.

- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and Helm, specifically in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).

- Experience with automation, scripting, and orchestration tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.

- Proficient in User Identity management in complex environments, specifically Azure Active Directory.

- Experience with cloud monitoring tools, such as logz.io, Datadog, etc.

- Expertise in cloud security tools and concepts, including CSPM, SIEM, WAF, etc.

- Experience with cloud cost monitoring and optimization using FinOps tools.

- Strong leadership and management skills, capable of leading and overseeing both self and others.

- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining cloud solutions with a focus on best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
