RGo Robotics is pioneering an artificial perception technology that enables mobile robots to understand complex surroundings and operate autonomously just like humans. Patent-pending computer vision and AI technology comprise Perception Engine, which runs on ultra-low-cost, low-power hardware. The applications for Perception Engine are nearly endless, from AGV/AMRs in logistics and manufacturing to last mile delivery and service robots in consumer markets.

What will you do?

As the Automation and DevOps Lead at RGo Robotics, you will report directly to the engineering manager to establish and shape the foundation of our CI/CD and testing infrastructure. Your role will be pivotal, encompassing everything from system architecture and design to hands-on development. You will be the authoritative figure in the company for all things related to automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a robust CI/CD process system from the ground up.

• Develop and architect a server farm infrastructure to support our growing needs.

• Create and implement the automation infrastructure to streamline development processes.

Must have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in a Software Engineer position.

• Strong proficiency in Python, or another high-level language such as React or Go.

• Familiarity with Jenkins includes experience with writing Groovy scripts.

• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD integrations (Bitbucket, Jira, etc.).

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience with Docker.

• Solid development experience in Linux environments.

Nice to have:

• Significant advantage: Familiarity with C++ build environments and respective CI/CD integrations.

• Experience in Database Management (DBA), IT/sys-admin/networking.To

• Optional: Knowledge and experience in IT areas such as NAS, build servers, and file system protocols.
