Software Engineer | SAP Connectivity

We seek a highly skilled Software Engineer to design code and implement functional software solutions.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously with minimal supervision, but guidance is always available and this will allow you to leverage your development, organizational and problem-solving abilities. A strong background in software development is essential.

Your primary objective will be to develop high-quality software solutions that meet user needs and align with the organization’s business goals. This will involve analyzing requirements, detailed designing of code solutions, consulting with architects and technical leaders, writing efficient code, and conducting thorough testing (unit tests, system test automation, and (unpreferable but sometimes necessary) manual tests.

Experience with the hybrid Agile methodologies is an advantage.

Both teamwork and self-work skills are very important to us.

As a Software Engineer, you will have the responsibility to drive projects forward (using guidance if required) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. By delivering innovative and reliable software, you will contribute to the success of our organization and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Design code
• Develop high-quality software by producing clean and efficient code
• Execute tasks in the software development life cycle (Agile)
• Automate tests through appropriate tools and scripting
• Review and debug code
• Perform validation and verification testing (for yourself and cross-team)
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
• Document the code to allow cross-team maintenance
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Proven experience in software development
• Experience: 3 years in C/C++
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Windows)
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree
• Teamwork and self-work skills

• Experience in Java programming
• SAP products
• SAP ABAP knowledge
• Data integration experience
• SAP HANA knowledge
• Reverse engineering skills
• Design-patterns knowledge
