AlfaBet is looking for an additional data science star to join our team of sport modelling masters who leverage the cutting-edge advancements in Data Science technology and harness the vast and diverse range of sports events to create insightful models for sports analysis and prediction.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop statistical and machine learning prediction sports models
• Engineer and leverage years of historical sports data assets
• Implement sports models pricing engines in Python
• Test and ensure model accuracy through automatic tests
• Bring Innovations and act as source of knowledge
• Collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production

Qualifications:

• Masters, or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field - must
• At least 3 years' of experience in quantitative analytics, statistical \ data modelling - must
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering, regression and classification techniques.
• Expert in Python with a focus on performance-driven techniques and optimization.
• Understanding of Engineering principles, OOP, MLOps, Kubernetes
