Your Team, Your Impact
Developing the SDK of Enterprise switching solutions. The SW solution concerns developing full L2/L3 layers.
A full stack development cycle, from the HW simulation to the low-level driver, feature level layer, application reference, and rich testing environment.
Working in a dynamic environment supports many existing customers in parallel with the development of generations of solutions. The group is also responsible for providing a full BSP SW package and internal tools products serving other groups/projects in the switching division.
What You Can Expect
- SW R&D manager to manage Marvell’s switching SW SDK activity.
- Leading the SW SDK execution end-to-end from definition to production, including manpower planning, design & coding, QA, and others.
- Interfacing with multiple peers across the switching org – Silicon design, architects, QA, customer support, and others.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years experience as SW manager/team leader.
- Proven ability to lead multi-discipline programs.
- Experience with SW embedded design & programming.
- Experience with switching – advantage.
- Experience working in the cross-geo environment is an advantage
