Technical Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a technical project manager who can oversee and coordinate the development, deployment and maintenance of D365 releases. You will be responsible for managing dev ops processes, production issues and ensuring the quality and performance of the solutions. You will also have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics, as you will be working closely with the dev teams, infra structure teams and other IT stakeholders .

As a technical project manager, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Manage the dev ops processes and ensure the alignment of their tasks with the project goals and timelines.

Identify, analyze and resolve production risks, issues and dependencies.

A main focal point for any production issue

Manage the production environment and troubleshoot any technical problems or incidents.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Report on the production environment status and performance to the senior management and stakeholders.

To be successful as a technical project manager, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in managing software development projects, preferably in the dev ops domain.

Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics, including configuration, customization, integration and deployment.

Proficient in using project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, Asana or MS Project.

Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Certification in project management, dev ops or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
