Claroty SREs are coders who enjoy a challenge and own the availability of the Claroty PaaS, by tracking failures and availability, collaborating with developers to continuously improve the services’ availability and quality involved in every facet of our cloud services. This includes building and maintaining reliable and secure infrastructure while providing support to development teams from debugging to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Improving the availability, performance, and security of production services.
- Mitigating issues on production systems and building solutions through automation to prevent issues from reoccurring.
- Automating common, repeatable tasks using Ansible and scripting languages (Python/Bash).
- Triaging and managing the escalation of cases and managing monitoring for services.
- Influencing the design/architecture of new services to proactively prevent system failures.
- Management of the on-premise server's lifecycle (continuous deployment, upgrades, provisioning) and customer deployment.
- Creating alerts and tools to monitor service health and performance (Python/Elastic).
Requirements
- Experience in working collaboratively with various application development teams throughout the organization to resolve mission-critical problems
- 2+ years experience as a DevOps / SRE / Production Engineer / Escalation Engineer
- 1+ years experience with Python, and Bash for scripting
- Strong,hands-on experience in Linux/Unix
- Strong,hands-on experience in network architecture and security configurations
- Hands-on experience with Automation/Configuration management using either Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or an equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong hands-on technical abilities
- Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure their accurate completion
- A team player mentality with a strong sense of ownership
