Matrix DevOps is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced DevOps Team Lead to spearhead the creation of our DevOps environment from the ground up.

As a DevOps Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our IT landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a robust DevOps strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Spearhead the creation of IaC (Infrastructure as Code), ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Establish end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of DevOps professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise in DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Bitbucket, GitLab, and GitHub, with a solid understanding of branching strategies and repository management.
• Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for efficient container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• A strong command of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Nagios, and Grafana for effective system monitoring.
