BMC is looking for an Experienced Java Developer to join our amazing Control-M Conversion team.

Control-M helps the world's largest companies to automate time-sensitive, business-critical workflows. We orchestrate data and machine learning pipelines, supply chains, production lines, financial transactions, and other processes in complex IT environments worldwide.

Our Conversion team is responsible for developing the tools that allow more organizations to migrate from their existing automation solutions to Control-M or their on-prem Control-M installations to our SaaS Control-M Helix solution and support them in their journey of implementing our best-of-breed solutions.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Participate in the conversion tools development and maintenance efforts, which involved coding in Java, Kotlin, Python, Typed-Script, and various additional languages.
• Find creative ways to resolve the unique conversion challenges of our customers.
• Assist our field engineers and customers around the globe in their Control-M implementation journey.
• Work closely with the other Control-M development teams on suggested enhancements to the core product.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development
• Familiarization with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Containers technologies
• Self-learner, flexible, and able to work in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Capable of communicating in English

It would be an advantage for you to have:

• Familiarization with Python
• Kotlin experience
• Angular experience
• Control-M knowledge
• Knowledge of other schedulers
