We are looking for a skilled Product Data Analyst to join the Applications group at AI21 Labs. In this role, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of Product and Data Science. You will be accountable for all data aspects of our products and come up with valuable insights that will shape them, in order to better understand our users and make informed product decisions. You will be working in a cross-functional team and be involved in the conceptualization, development, and testing of new features from a data-driven perspective.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a cross-functional product squad, define and set measurable goals, as well as investigate root causes behind metrics changes.
• Leverage data analysis toolbox and methods of statistical analysis to provide actionable insights and a deeper understanding of users’ interaction with our products.
• Conceptualize, track and analyze A/B tests to evaluate our products, models and hypotheses on users.
• Design, develop and automate data products to measure key performance metrics.
• Influence and help shape the company’s analytics infrastructure and advocate standardized work processes.
  
  

Requirements:

• BSc in CS / Engineering / Statistics or equivalent (MSc is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Data Analyst / Data Science with product .
• Exceptional analytical skills, accompanied by a strong belief that data is essential to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• knowledge of data processes and ETLs - advantage.
• Data related coding in Python (pandas, numpy, visualization packages)
• Excellent presentation and communication capabilities: Ability to speak the voice of the user through data.
• Self motivated and curious.
• Statistical / Machine learning experience, Experimental design, Causality, Predictive and Explanatory models - advantage.
