We are looking for a highly capable software engineering manager to form and lead the development of a major new product, lead a team of talented engineers, work closely with the product and research teams, and shape the plan and processes for this early-stage project. Responsibilities

In this position you will lead and manage an engineering team, and work closely product management, security research, and UX design, to plan, architect, design, implement and validate, a major new security product rich with new features and value. In addition to strong technical skills, you should have a passion for innovation and software quality. You will need to be comfortable with fast paced security industry by courageously treading the unexplored arenas and thinking ahead of the highly sophisticated attackers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
  • You have Over 10 years of proven leadership in managerial roles, including experience in managing other managers
  • You have At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience (design, coding) building large-scale software and services.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-group collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an agile environment with a rapid learning capability.
  • While not mandatory, a profound understanding of cyber security would be a significant advantage.
