Mechanical/Automation and Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and operating our fully automated-robotic food restaurants and robotic arrays:

• Be responsible for integration processes, machine-plc-application, including electrical integration, devices operation and overall solution processes.

• Manage projects in the automation area including hand-on integrations and code writing in various plcs environments.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in programming in Structured Text in Codesys/TwinCat environments (EC 61131-3)

• Familiar with Siemens environments

• Familiar with Object-Oriented programming concepts

• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (profinet, profinet RT, RS485, Canopen, EtherCat, MQTT)

• Experience in industrial automation and motion technologies

• Ability to define and choose hardware motors, sensors, controllers, pneumatics, electronics, and vision systems - Huge advantage

• Hands-on experience in integration of large multidisciplinary systems - Huge advantage
