You will be a part of our Pipers team

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our development team, learning and contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our on-premises data lake infrastructure. This role offers an incredible opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge working with technologies like Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Kafka Streams under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

In This Position You Will

• Become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team
• Design, develop and deploy Java services with a focus on high availability, high throughput and scalability
• Build and maintain a robust cost effective infrastructure for real time processing of millions of events per second
• Take full responsibility and ownership from conception, development, quality to post-deployment

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Java software development
• Basic understanding of Java programming with a strong willingness to expand skills.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and actively contributing to a supportive
  
  

environment.

• Familiarity or academic exposure to the Spring framework.
• Eagerness to learn cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
• Fundamental knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
