Role and Responsibilities:

As a Solutions Engineer at Complyt, you will play a pivotal role in our team, specializing in creating ERP/API integrations, the development of internal tools, and innovating automation solutions. This client-facing position fosters team collaboration, enhancing client experience and company efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed, developed, and implemented integrations between ERPs and our company APIs.
• Create and maintain internal tools to optimize company processes and workflows.
• Utilize various tools and platforms, including low-code tools, automation software, and scripting, to build efficient and robust solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, comprehend their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and others, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations or tools developed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on, technical experience in a customer-facing role such as customer or technical support, system administration, or in roles like solution analyst, information systems engineer, or data engineer.
• Possesses a broad perspective and proactive approach, with the ability to leverage cross-functional knowledge.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating quick decision-making, adaptability, and a consistent ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience configuring/administering information systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, QuickBooks, or other ERPs.
• Proficient in basic coding principles and comfortable with hands-on scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with MongoDB is considered advantageous.
