A Day in The Life of the Development Manager

• You will oversee strengthening and building our development teams, in terms of development methodologies
• You will oversee the sync of the multiple teams that work together on the project, using agile (scrum) methodology
• You will closely interact with management, to ensure efficient and high quality delivery of the teams
• You will lead the personal growth, teaching culture and training of our development teams
• You will help in strategic technological decision making, together with tech leads, CTO and system engineers
• You will work closely with product team, to ensure a parallel progress of our product, alongside with our tech capabilities and technical depth management

Requirements:

• 3+ years as development manager / head of development in an advanced SW company
• Experience in managing and sync multiple teams working on the same app
• 6+ years of experience in software development, or system engineering
• Degree in computer science, or equivalent
• Proven experience in leading improvement processes in organizations
• Good knowledge in Agile (scrum) methodology and CI/CD
• Advantage – experience with IOT and HW integrated products
• Advantage – experience with .net core, C#, Azure, Microservices architecture
• Proven leadership capabilities and great interpersonal skills
