By utilizing propriety AI and big-data based technology, BrandShield monitors, detects and removes online threats facing companies. BrandShield's solution automatically analyses the potential risks based on content, web-metrics and many other data points.

Responsibilities:

• 80% Hands-on
• Lead a team of engineers to excellence
• Develop and oversee the development of new features
• Build scalable and high-quality software
• Hire new engineers while mentoring and supporting the personal growth of current ones
• Supporting production cycle and customer-related issues
• Be part of the R&D management layer

Requirements:

· At least 8 years of server development and architecture experience (C#, Java, Python)

· At least 3 engineering team management

· Strong server-side skills

· Experience with large-scale production systems

· Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully with engineers, product owners and business stakeholders

· B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from a known university

· Experience and deep understanding of Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
