What will you do?

  • Lead a full stack team developing the Orca AI FleetView product
  • Recruit, empower and grow team members
  • Work with Product Management, plan and prioritize according to risk, deadlines, and external commitments
  • Report directly to the VP R&D

Requirements

  • 4+ years as team lead in a similar position
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular 2+ (from 14 +)
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (startup or rapidly growing company)
  • Proven experience dealing with software architecture, scalability and maintainability
  • Strong knowledge of Javascript, including ES6 features.
  • Strong technical background in HTML5, CSS3, Redux.
  • Deep understanding of what a good and accurate UI & UX is.
  • Experience working with designer platforms such as Figma.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong knowledge of reactive paradigm, including observer and observable patterns
  • Proficient in using Git Version Control & CI/CD.
  • Proficiency with server side languages; specifically Python
  • Experience with AWS Cloud and technologies.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as K8s / Docker / Postgres / MongoDB / *Redis / RabbitMQ / SQS / Lambda
  • Preferably - B.sc degree in Computer Science
