About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Frontend Team Lead to join our R&D leadership team, manage the Dashboard team and lead all front aspects in the company.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Frontend developers who are responsible to design and implement all client-side features
• Collaborate with other R&D teams on mutual projects in an agile environment
• Be fully involved from the kick-off phase with Product Management and UI/UX, all the way to production deployment
• Direct customer impact, design, develop and deploy in short cycles

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as Frontend Developer
• At least 2 years of experience in leading a Frontend team
• Experienced in building responsive and large-scale front-end solutions using modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue, we use React) - Must
• Familiarity with TypeScript - Must
• Good knowledge of CSS including SCSS
• At least some experience with Node.js/backend language - Big advantage
• DB & SQL experience - An advantage
• Passionate about user experience and new technologies, eager to learn and improve on a regular basis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• B.Sc./B.A. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Good communication skills in English
