We are looking for a Data Scientist Lead to join the data science and algorithms team.

About The Role:

You will be responsible for initiating, planning, and executing data science flows from research to production:

• Developing large-scale machine learning models from research to production
• Translate our users and business needs into successful solutions
• Take a leadership position - provide mentorship and help establish best practices in our growing data science and algorithms team

Requirements:

• MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with a focus on data science, machine learning or similar field.
• At least 7 years of experience leading data science projects from idea to production using various ML solutions
• Strong control of classic machine learning algorithms and advanced statistics;
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience with deploying models to production in a real time environment
• Great communication skills
• Acting and thinking as an owner, with production environment mind
• Experience leading and managing teams of data analysts and scientists
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
