Join us at the forefront of building an AI development platform serving Fortune 500 companies, fusing ML and full-stack technologies in a cloud-native environment.

As a pivotal member of our growing startup, you will serve as a tech lead in our Core platform group - architecting system designs, executing at excellence through backend and frontend development, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Over 6 years of experience as a back-end developer with Node.JS
• Over 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Experience working with websockets, agents, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, KV stores (Redis, DynamoDB)
• Experience developing for AI/ML or managed K8s platforms - significant advantage
• Experience in architecture design and development of large-scale, cloud-native systems
• Strict adherence to coding standards, TDD, and design principles.
  
  

Attitude and qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent expertise.
• “Can-do”, proactive, broad-mind approach suitable for a fast-paced startup environment
• Autodidact - learn by yourself and learn fast
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring team members and steering complex projects.
