About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our global team, you will own the end-to-end from dev environments to production, using CI/CD and managing the cloud solution, and serve as a technological focal point. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team of DevOps experts, devise cutting-edge cloud strategies for our SaaS solution. Including micro-services running on Kubernetes on AWS, The ideal candidate has a strong focus on leadership and technical excellence, with a passion for professionalism, and continuous learning. Your innovative approach to cloud solutions will boost client value, ensuring we maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of professional and ambitious DevOps engineers
• Build a state-of-the-art CI/CD pipeline
• Manage the cloud solution, to be redundant, efficient and secure
• Hire, train, and mentor new team members as the team grows
• Addressing complex technical challenges and motivating the team to achieve success. We set customer value and satisfaction as our guiding principles
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of strategic infrastructure projects for our clients
• Serve as the primary escalation point, providing guidance and resolution for complex situations, both technical and non-technical
• Develop and execute training programs that enhance skills, promote learning, and boost team productivity
• Stay up to date and maintain an in-depth knowledge of cloud-related technologies and methodologies
• Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies to stay ahead of the curve and perfect our services
• Collaborate with various engineering teams on designing and implementing new features for our cloud platform

All You Need Is...

Knowledge and Experience

• 2+ years as DevOps Team Lead - advantage
• At least 5 years as DevOps Engineer - must
• Strong understanding of Docker managers (Kubernetes, K8S) - must
• Proven track record of automation using Terraform
• Extensive knowledge of Linux server environments and bash scripting capabilities
• Good understanding and knowledge of automation/configuration management systems (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is an advantage)
• Knowledge and experience with continuous integration/deployment best practices and servers (Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Proven track record of building infrastructure on top of AWS (CloudOps)
• Experience building secured production environment
