A leading healthcare company is seeking a Development Team Leader with a minimum of 3 years of team leadership experience
As a dynamic leader in our organization, you will spearhead a team of 6 Fullstack developers, including a dedicated QA tester. Your role is multifaceted, involving task assignment, prioritization, and vigilant monitoring of team activities. Collaborating seamlessly with project managers, system analysts, architecture teams, infrastructure specialists, and DevOps, you will be a linchpin in our information systems department.
we need a tech-savvy innovator to lead the development of digital web systems. Collaborate closely with architecture teams, testing new tech, and serve as the right hand to our CTO in evaluating emerging technologies. Proficiency in .NET Core, microservices, and Microsoft Azure is a must.
The role is 30% remote
Requirements:
• Academic education - in the field of computer science / industrial engineering and management / graduate engineer in computer major - mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a development team.
• At least 7 years of experience in developing .net #c, Java Script
• Experience in client side and server side development - mandatory
• Experience working with databases (mainly SQL) - an advantage
• Experience in developing REST API's, working with Micro-Services - a must
• Experience working in large organizations with highly regulated systems and heavy data processing processes
• Experience in developing cross-system processes
• Experience working according to Agile principles (including working with ADO, Jira and the like) - experience in secure development, cloud development - an advantage
• Familiarity with Open Source products - an advantage
