Job Description

As a member of the R&D Team, the Salesforce Developer's role is to work with business partners to realize the full capability of the CRM. You'll be responsible for design and development of customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. The Salesforce Developer will be in charge of design, development, testing, and change management. Drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce.

Technical Skills needed

·      Minimum 3 years' experience with Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs – Must

·      Minimum 3 years Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. – Must

·      Minimum 3 years' experience and   Familiarity with Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA) and Web Services – Must

·      Minimum 3 years' experience in Develop custom applications on Salesforce platform using modern web technologies stack - Must

·      Minimum 3 year of application design and development experience - Must

·      Prior experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools – Plus

·      Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber. – Plus

·      Familiarity with OOP programming and languages (in particular Java or C#) – Plus

·      Database and data-modeling knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, Schema Design) - Plus

·      Implementing business functionality in a testable form – Plus

·      Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to users and management– Plus

·      Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for users– Plus

·      Familiarity with Google Analytics– Plus
