Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Product Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for various aspects of product analytics, data engineering, and event tracking in our dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decisions and strategies across the organization.

• Product Analytics:
• Full responsibility for product analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience in utilizing Tableau and Snowflake (or the equivalent) for data analysis and visualization.
• Product Events and Coverage:
• Full management of product event tracking using Amplitude.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to design and implement event tracking, including naming conventions and payload structures.
• Data Engineering:
• Oversee data engineering processes related to the application and integration with tools such as HubSpot.
• Utilize Rivery ETL for effective data transformation and loading.
• In-App Analytics:
• Develop and maintain in-app analytics for our SaaS product using Snowflake, SQL, and Retool.
• Incorporating GenAI APIs:
• Regularly leverage GenAI APIs as part of daily tasks and data processes.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Application Database Knowledge:
• Work with application databases such as MongoDB and ElasticSearch.
• PLG and Growth Analytics
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product analytics and data engineering.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Amplitude, and Rivery ETL.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and other relevant databases.
• Experience in implementing in-app analytics using relevant tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across various teams.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to leverage GenAI APIs in daily tasks.
