We are looking for an experienced DevOps Tech Lead to join our team and make a real impact on our R&D department! As a DevOps Tech Lead, your mission will be to manage our DevOps resources, including securing, defining, and optimizing our rapidly expanding cloud infrastructure with a special focus on security-related fields.

We are looking for someone independent, with a proactive approach and strong leadership skills, who loves solving interesting tech challenges, who can see the big picture, and who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and excellent communication skills.

This is a hybrid position and reports to the CTO.

What you will be responsible for:

• Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure for Production, QA, and Dev environments.
• Design and implement tools for automated deployment and monitoring of multiple environments.
• Define DevOps upgrades roadmap.
• Work with development teams to enable a continuous integration environment that sustains high productivity levels and emphasizes defect prevention techniques.
• Select tools and technologies for the project while being financially mindful and considering the customer's best interests.
• Lead DevOps internal and external resources and prioritize their day-to-day task.
  
  

Requirements:

To be a DevOps Lead at Fullpath you need to have:

• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
• Experience with logging and monitoring systems
• Experience with automation software (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, cfengine, Chef)
• Scripting / Coding skills

• Experience managing a team
