Job description

• Leader of the AI infrastructure team, taking responsibility for the development pipeline from data collection to algorithm deployment and testing including hands-on work

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members

• Take full ownership of AI and algorithm products and manage the entire lifecycle, from conception to execution.

• Meet with clients to help define requirements; prepare and deliver presentations on the product development.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI research and technologies

• Collaborate with other teams within the organization including software, system engineering and project managers to drive high-quality, on-time releases.

• Optimize the performance of the AI pipeline

• Develop and implement new features and functionalities for the AI pipeline

• Recruit and hire new team members.

• You will report directly to the CTO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree at least in computer science or a related engineering field.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with managing ML & CV pipelines and projects.

• Experience with AI models for computer vision.

• Excellent understanding of MLOps principles and best practices

• Expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure

• Experience with distributed systems, data processing frameworks, and machine learning libraries

• Excellent English, both oral and written.

• A strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, in the industry of ML & CV.
