Your Career

We are seeking a dedicated QA Automation and Environment Setup Specialist to be an integral part of our Linux Low-Level team. This role focuses on developing QA automation for an XDR agent and setting up complex cloud environments for thorough testing and validation.

Your Impact

  • Automation Development
    • Design, write, and maintain automation tests in Python, targeting new features of our Linux-based XDR agent
    • Collaborate with the QA Automation and Infrastructure teams to enhance testing frameworks and ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Complex Cloud Environment Setup
    • Specialize in configuring and managing advanced cloud platforms such as Kubernetes (k8s), OpenShift, and their variants across different cloud providers
    • Ensure compatibility with various container runtime engines to facilitate comprehensive testing scenarios
    • Perform detailed validations to confirm the proper functioning and reliability of the XDR agent in diverse cloud configurations
  • Technical Expertise and Problem Solving
    • Provide deep technical knowledge in the setup and maintenance of intricate cloud environments for testing purposes
    • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within these environments, ensuring optimal conditions for QA testing
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in cloud technology to continuously improve environment setup and testing processes
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the DevOps team to monitor and optimize environment setup and maintenance
    • Engage in proactive communication with various teams to ensure efficient and effective testing of the XDR agent
    • Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of experience with Python programming
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming design concepts
  • Proficiency in developing automation scripts, frameworks, and tools to ensure effective and efficient testing processes
  • Excellent Experience with Linux OS
  • Excellent Understanding and Experience with Containers and Orchestrators
  • Very Good Knowledge and Experience with Cloud Providers
  • Self and Fast Learner
  • Independence and Ability to Work Without Close Supervision
  • Fast Delivery Skills
