The Analytics team at Earnix is charged with seeking to promote analytical and algorithmic research & innovation that addresses a wider set of business problems & challenges faced by financial Institutions. We are looking for an experienced, innovative & business-savvy Analytics researcher to join us, and help us seek the next big analytical thing

What you’ll do:

Engage, collaborate, and promote research of some of the most advanced topics in AI/ML and help to establish Earnix as Analytical thought leaders by writing technical blogs and white papers.

You’ll do it using:

• MSc/Ph.D. in Statistics/Data Science/Engineering/Economics or any related quantitative field
• At least 5 years of practical experience as a researcher with significant experience in a wide range of statistical and state-of-the-art ML/AI algorithms & applications
• Strong theoretical background in mathematics & statistics for reading theoretical & applied academic/research papers
• High proficiency in Python
• Ability to drive research independently & collaboratively

You’ll excel by:

• Experience with AWS (or other cloud solutions) big data & ML products and services
• Experience and knowledge of causal ML, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, DL, Multi Arm Bandits
• Prior experience in the FinTech industry
• Prior experience in product companies
• Knowledge of Java or other programming languages
• Creative and innovative mind- Fast learner & self-motivated
• Thinking outside of the box, and ability to see the big picture and think broadly
• Strong verbal & written English communication skills (including presentation skills)
