What will you do:

Be a key part in the CyberArk SaaS Platform team, owner of several innovative SaaS focused services, including Remote Access and Secure Web Sessions, and maker of the new innovative CyberArk Secure Browser product.

We are searching for an outstanding senior Team Leader to lead a highly talented development team which is responsible for several SaaS services on AWS. The team works in Continuous Delivery in an Agile approach.

The Team Leader must demonstrate high professional skills, support his team members, and always strive for an excellence. Using comprehensive technical and business knowledge, the Team Leader accompanies the entire development process starting from the planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful release to our customers. The Team Leader works closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and other Team Leaders in R&D.

• Producing valuable and qualitative content for our customers in timely fashion
• Maintaining services in production environment
• Professional growth of the team members
• Recruiting and training new team members
• Defining improvement goals for the team and leading the team to achieve the goals
• Maintaining our culture
• Deep knowledge of our products and how customers use them
• Working hand-in-hand with Architects, Product Managers, Product Owners and the team to deliver features from requirements to production
• Passionate about code design, high-quality code and code reviews, optimizing, and challenging the status quo
  
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience leading development of highly-scalable SaaS complex applications (including back-end technologies like .Net/Java/Python/Node.js etc...)
• Experience with AWS cloud platform
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD based development
• 7+ years hands-on experience in software development
• Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach
• Capable and courageous enough to deep dive into complex areas in the system, analyse them, suggest solutions, and make necessary changes
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field OR alumni from an elite unit
• Innovator by nature. Thinking out of the box
• Experience with security standards and understanding of security best practices
• Experience working with Linux or Unix Operating Systems
• Experience with micro services systems
• Experience with Serverless systems
