The CORE is the central part of many of Intel's products, such as: Desktops, Notebooks, Servers, Cloud CPUs and more. Our CORE is in the heart of hundreds of millions of products being sold every year, and is driving the internet, networking industry, cloud compute, communications, and more.
About The Team
Our team manages Intel P-CORE's execution and integration flows carrying out the design tools, flows and methods definitions. We are a team of enthusiast integration, design and verification engineers, aiming to improve the power-performance of our CORE machine by implementing innovative and super complex techniques.
About The Job
In this role you will take part in the design creation and definition of the most advanced and complex cores in the industry, you will study and perfect the front-end flows and methods. You will take part in setting the design and execution standards for these projects. You will be a member of the pre-silicon design team in Intel Core Development Group.
The responsibilities in this role will include RTL FE/BE design and validation automations development. It will also include close work with different VLSI groups to understand and define their front-end needs, as well as working with front end groups to implement that methodology across Intel's core.
In this role, you will work with designers and validation engineers from different groups within and outside the organization to ensure high quality execution of our products. You will also become familiar with RTL FE and BE Design environment, flow, tools, methodologies and optimization methods.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Good communication skills.
- Self and fast learner.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
- Good software abilities (Perl/Python/C) - Advantage.
- System Verilog experience - Advantage.
- Good Unix familiarity - Advantage.
- FE/BE design experience - Advantage.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
