We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Research Field Engineer to join our dynamic medical device company, bringing a wealth of experience in on-site operations and a keen ability to lead field functions. The research field engineer duties include routine maintenance and site visits to performing experiments and evaluating data quality. The successful candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting, possess outstanding technical skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, particularly in the realm of electrophysiological studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive training to users, both on customer sites and remotely.
• Offer technical support to address user inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Document all communication with customers regarding project updates, technical support, and training activities.
• Maintain clear and concise records of customer feedback and incorporate it into the continuous improvement process.
• Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
• Lead and conduct tests and experiments, demonstrating expertise in electrophysiological studies (EEG, EMG, ECG, EOG, etc.).
• Analyse collected data, drawing meaningful insights to contribute to project objectives.
• Generate detailed reports on experiments, findings, and overall project progress.
  
  

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in conducting electrophysiological studies is a must.
• Proficiency in Python programming is mandatory.
• Degree in electrical engineering, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or related bio-computational fields.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information.
• Out-of-the-box thinking to address challenges creatively and drive innovation.
• A valid driver's license and access to transportation are essential for on-site responsibilities.
