You are

A talented frontend developer with at least 5 years' experience working on client-side development, on large scales. You're an expert on the latest JavaScript technologies (React, Angular, Vue, etc with a huge preference for React), tools (Webpack/Rollup/Parcel) and languages (Typescript, ES6+). You always love to learn more, are able to work independently and you love sharing knowledge and best practices. Got experience in Test Automation (Cypress or Selenium) and Continuous Delivery? That's a bonus! You're also familiar with software engineering best practices (agile programming utilizing Scrum, code reviews, pair-programming, etc.).

As a FrontEnd Engineer, you will

Work on cutting-edge technologies that make a powerful impact on thousands of data scientists. Tackle tough problems and find creative ways to solve them. Write high-quality, functional Javascript. Additionally, you'll work with Git, React, Redux and ES6+. Push your code to thousands of data scientists every day. Invest your time in personal growth, as part of the Frontend team at Comet.

Manage and complete your sprint activities, continuous integration and modern development processes

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Extensive knowledge of ReactJS,, data structures, and algorithms
• Working on a FrontEnd System is a SaaS environment
• Experience with TDD methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to write Design documents
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into reality
  
  

Technical Requirements - Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Experience with Playwright
• Experience with Sentry
• Working with Figma/Design system or Balsamiq is a major plus
• Experience with data structure libraries
• Excellent front-end coding skills
• Good understanding of progressive web applications
