What is your mission?

We are seeking a skilled, team and results-oriented individual to join our Global Information Systems team as a junior Salesforce Developer.

You will design and develop reusable and scalable features, both in Lightning Platform and Apex, to enable faster implementation while abiding to industry and corporate standards..

Responsibilities & Scope of Role

• Participate in maintaining and enriching an already implemented existing platform design.
• Design, develop, test and document solutions across the salesforce platform; Force.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Managed packages (Salesforce CPQ, Cloud CrazeB2B), Einstein, Heroku etc. in accordance with application lifecycle development standards, and with code quality as a primary focus
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce applications and other systems.
• Maintain system security and integrity
• Participate in peer solution and code review processes
• Ensure that documentation is accurate and well written
• Ensure all changes have successfully passed regimented testing process
• Responsible for CI/CD between different Salesforce organizations
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems

Qualifications & Experience

• Genuine passion for development and a proactive drive to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• 01 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Proven understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), particularly Visual Studio Code.
• Proven understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced development environment.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction/inheritance, and practical experience with object-oriented languages.
• Experience in maintaining and improving existing implementations.
• Familiarity with data querying languages such as SQL or Salesforce's SOQL and SOSL.
• Knowledge of Sales and CPQ processes is considered advantageous.
• Experience with version control systems like Github.
• Quick learner with the ability to figure things out with minimal supervision and adjust to changing priorities on the fly.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and experience in building them with Salesforce and other platforms.
• Ability to effectively find solutions using resources such as ChatGPT or Google.
