Navina is an exciting AI startup in the field of digital health, which gives physicians a quick yet full understanding of their patients along with actionable recommendations throughout the clinical workflow. Navina is becoming core to every physician-patient interaction, as thousands of clinicians across the US use Navina to advance preventive care and reduce missed diagnoses, while at the same time driving improved economics for providers and payers.

We're looking for talented, versatile, and highly independent backend engineers to join our winning team. You will be in charge of end-to-end development and you'll have a massive impact on the product and the technical decisions made.

About the Team:

The team is focused on ingesting data from multiple sources, transforming it into Navina’s structure, so that all other teams can use it. The team’s challenge is to work with different data protocols, keeping the data fresh, accurate, and easy to use.

Responsibilities:

• A key role in the research and development team
• Help in creating scalable data solutions by enabling us to continuously ingest more and more medical data, to improve Navina’s suggestions models.
• Learning and understanding the complex healthcare industry.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend technologies
• Independence, while taking responsibility on end to end processes (from tech design to production)
• Experience with data pipelines or data ingestion solutions
• DB / Data Warehouse experience
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD framework, and testing
