About Buywith And The Position

buywith is a B2B SaaS, award winner, funded startup, in the e-commerce & media fields. We developed a new channel of communication for e-commerce sites where influencers can do live shopping sessions. Influencers can broadcast their session with an unlimited # of followers, via our smart screen-sharing solution. Off-stage we create analyzed insights for the brands based on the traffic, via algorithms, AI&ML technologies.

This position will be part of a new agile development team working on our enterprise-grade, high-scale web application.

Taking part in an early stage lean startup, along with the CTO, you will be involved in the full cycle of development (and product) from feature design, through development, to analysis and feedback. It is a great opportunity to learn and contribute to a high scale cloud-based web application, developed and deployed using cloud services (aws).

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities include:

• Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain a cloud web application built (mainly) on amazon web services, including ML & AI services and other 3rd party cloud solutions (as mixpanel).
• Build and maintain the solution analytics, explore and implement new features based on received data.
• Design, develop, and unit test features in accordance with established standards (performance, security, high scale etc)
• Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Take part in developing the software deployment packages and maintain our continues delivery platform.
• Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.
• Providing technical-level support to customers.
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline/relevant military service.
• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience in high scale web applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js & React.
• Expertise in HTML & CSS.
• Strong desire & ability to learn.
• Knowledge in cloud services in general and Amazon in specific (as S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Lambda).
• Knowledge in test automation & continues delivery.
