We're currently seeking a passionate and driven Junior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in the field of DevOps, particularly with a focus on Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with our development and operations team to improve infrastructure and application development.

- Implement and manage CI/CD tools and processes, ensuring efficient deployment.

- Monitor system performance, setting up alerts, and ensuring high availability for trading operations and technical issues.

- Manage cloud server infrastructures, primarily Azure, optimizing costs and efficiency.

- Support and enhance staging and production environments.

- Assist in the development of best practices for operations and security.

- Provide technical guidance and educate team members on development and operations processes.

- Engage in brainstorming sessions for new ideas to improve development delivery.

- Maintain and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes (AKS) environments.

- Work with Git Flow, and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps.

- Handle storage solutions, define alerts, monitor systems, and manage logs using ELK.

- Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery programs.

- Manage databases with a focus on SQL and ensure adherence to security best practices.

Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in a IT infrastructure or DevOps role (candidates with relevant IT experience but without direct experience in DevOps are encouraged to apply).

- Experience with Azure cloud services.

- Proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Git Flow, and Azure DevOps.

- Understanding of storage solutions (Hot and Cold), and ELK stack.

- Familiarity with VPN (FortiGate) and security best practices (VPN, SSH).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong can-do attitude.

- Self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn new technologies.

- Exceptional team player with great interpersonal skills.

- Excellent English communication skills.
