We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our strong team, and take part in building our infrastructure and solutions in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

In your day-to-day you will design and build flexible and scalable solutions to retrieve and store data, provide interfaces to access and process that data, and build integrations and create applications to provide Voyantis' unique value - all while working closely with Data Engineers and Scientists.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1 year in python
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing production systems in AWS or equivalent
• Leading features from inception to production (design and implementation)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on large projects and get things done
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
