NESS is looking for a Mobile Development Team Leader.

The position includes managing teams in the digital field, advanced developers, software testers and team leaders.

Also, end-to-end responsibility for the development of digital products in the organization.;

Requirements:

Experience of 5 years or more in management of development teams, management of heads of employees - A must.

Experience of 5 years or more in HO software development as a mobile developer from a large organization - A must.

Proven experience of leading development teams in the Agile\ Scrum\ Kanban methodology - A must.

Experience in leading a transition project from Native language to One code platform - A must.

Experience in managing work with external software providers/ managing external software resources for the organization - An advantage.

Experience in conducting annual feedback for employees - An advantage.
