We are looking for a software team leader to manage a team of software engineers implementing computational photography algorithms on mobile devices with the most advanced heterogenous-computing processors in the world. As a team leader you will be responsible for defining the SW architecture for computational photography features and for implementing and optimizing them. You will be working with product, algorithms, QA and customer-support teams throughout the product lifecycle. You will manage a team of talented engineers, working on super-challenging problems of running advanced algorithms (including both classical and DL) on mobile platforms, meeting stringent runtime, memory and power constraints. You will use all possible tools to do that – zero-copy architectures, GPU (OpenCL), DSP and SIMD cores, code optimizations and power-efficient designs.

You will be responsible for driving the SW project schedule, prioritizing tasks, managing risks and delivering outstanding SW libraries. You will also be charged for growing your team – recruiting talented engineers, helping young members grow, and making sure your team stays up to date on new SW architectures, advancement in platform capabilities and general SW

engineering skills and know-how.

Job requirements:

At least 5 years of SW engineering experience (C++), working on embedded systems and 1-2 years of experience as a team leader.

Proven ability to define SW architecture and to manage and execute projects.

Coding for GPUs, DSPs, deploying NNs on mobile platforms, code-optimizations – a big plus.

Experience/understanding of computer vision – a big plus.

Knowledge of mobile processing framework and architecture – a big plus.

Responsive, can-do attitude, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively prioritize workload, strong communication skills

Bsc./Msc. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or a related

engineering field from a certified university.
