About the Position: Camtek is seeking a Software Engineer Specialist to join the team responsible for the development of inspection and metrology tools for the Semiconductor industry. This position focuses on the group that works with scanners HW, requiring expertise in motion controllers, microscopy, and various calibrations.

Responsibilities:

· Participate in the end-to-end full-stack development of multidisciplinary projects.

· Lead development tasks, including gathering requirements, planning, performing design reviews (DRs), and full implementation.

· Design and implement features using C# and C++ on Windows systems.

· Collaborate closely with System and Hardware engineers, Software developers, QA, and other stakeholders.

· Conduct design and code reviews and participate in system integrations.

· Collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Software team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering/Computer Science.

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Windows environment, with expertise in C# and C++.

· Experience with WPF is advantageous.

· Familiarity with multidisciplinary products is a plus.

· Knowledge of microscopy is an advantage.
