Job Description
System engineering for communication system solutions and communication applications
Matrix management of other engineering groups to design, implement, integrate and test the solution for customers, foreign and domestic
Requirement analysis, design and implementation support throughout the entire project lifecycle until delivery to the customer
Working with technical customer representatives both locally and abroad
Formal degree in engineering – preferably software, industrial, information systems or communication engineering
At least 2 years of experience as a software / data network system engineer or as a system analyst and designer
Experience in working with software development teams and defining software related solutions
High proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Hebrew
System-wide view alongside ability to go into the technical details, with strong analytics capabilities
Work experience with Agile methodology – advantage
Experience in software development – advantage
Knowledge of data networking, IP networks and routing protocols – advantage
Background in tactical communication systems: networking, radios, C4I – advantage
High interpersonal skills, ability to lead activities and drive people to action
